This customer had a really specific and relatable goal when they started out on this venture, they wanted a more employee-centric way of working, where employees are heard and information flows freely from the front lines to the C-suite. Through Workday Journeys they were able to create the kind of culture they desired. Although onboarding employees was the initial goal, Sandvik quickly realized that Journeys offered additional benefits that could shape employee engagement initiatives and help with broader organizational goals.
