Rising Recap
Agentic AI for your Business
I continue to get asked by customers what we mean when we say “agent” or “agentic” and an example that came to me during Rising seemed to resonate with those I shared it with.
Here it is: Think of any agent as a Roomba…it’s role is to vacuum, it’s task is the space / room you put it in, it surveys surroundings to complete this task but then sometimes it gets stuck under the couch or in a small space and then human intervention is required.
That’s also what agents do. They have a specific role (managed like a people role in WDAY), they are trained for a specific task, and complete said task, but sometimes human intervention is required to better train them or course correct if not executing their tasks as you need.
Understanding this is important because we are doubling down on agents (contract and recruiting agents are GA today) and releasing the below agents for EA by end of year with GA slated for 2026.
They will be available through a flex credit model which I’m happy to speak more with you and your teams about if interested.
