Leveraging Workday AI:
uMSA is your key
As many of you saw in my email last week, there are exciting updates on how we are extending AI to our customers to allow your teams to begin seeing the value this technology will bring to the business.
What’s new: Customers with a signed uMSA will now have access to the below
15k Complimentary Flex Credits - annual allotments that will allow you to push initial agents into production, these were previously being held behind flex credits purchase
FREE Sana for Workday + Self Service Agent Use (click here to learn more) – by Friday, June 5th you will be able to use these agents at no fee / flex credit consumption until Aug 31, 2026
Sana For Workday - a conversational AI experience where users can ask questions, start workflows, and get help using natural language.
Self-Service Agent - finds and summarizes information from Workday and other knowledge sources, giving employees clear, personalized answers right away.
Platform Entitlements
These will now only apply to Application APIs (doc storage and integration events removed from rate card / flex consumption) and there will also be an API Grace Period until January 31, 2027
All customers will have a standard Document Storage limit of 10 TB. You can also enable the Platform Consumption Console to view current storage use. Details on how usage above that limit is handled are in the Workday Administrator Guide.

Elevating FP&A Performance
Powered by Sana Enterprise
Wednesday, June 17 at 11 AM CST
In this session, we’ll dive into how Sana Superintelligence helps finance teams like yours make faster, higher-confidence decisions by sitting across your operational + reporting systems and turning fragmented data into clear, actionable answers. It can immediately explain what is driving variances in sales, margin, and labor by banner, region, or channel; surface where you’re leaking value through shrink, markdowns, and excess inventory; and highlight opportunities to improve working capital without compromising availability.
At the same time, it can reduce the cycle time to produce board materials, investor narratives, and performance updates for operators by drafting content grounded in your latest numbers and policies, while enabling your finance and business teams to self-serve routine insights so you and your staff can spend more time on strategy and less on manual analysis and report chasing.

with Frontline Workforce Agents
Wed, June 24 at 11 AM CST
Frontline labor inefficiency is quietly eroding your margins. Turnover often exceeds 50% annually (70%+ in many hourly roles), with each replacement costing 20–30% of annual pay in hiring, onboarding, and lost productivity. Meanwhile, managers spend hours each week on schedules, approvals, and payroll exceptions instead of driving revenue, service quality, and cost control.
Join us for an executive briefing on how autonomous AI agents—embedded in a secure workforce system—are reshaping frontline talent, workforce, and payroll operations while also protecting your margins.
